Apple and Berry Porridge
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
Pinch of cinnamon
1 1/2 oat milk
Toppings
Apple
Blackberries
Blueberries
Hemp seeds
Peanut butter
Method
Add all ingredients to pan apart from toppings and cook for 5-10 minutes to thicken. Then add all the topping!
