Apple slices with almond butter is one of my favourite snacks to make whilst I am working at home and it seems that at the moment this is going to be the situation for a lot of us. I like to pair fruit with a source of healthy fat and/or protein as it will keep you feeling fuller for much longer! I know its a bit of a stretch to call this a recipe but I want the recipes on my blog to feel like something you can easily make with things you have at home on an everyday basis. I’m planning on doing many more easy snack recipes to make at home and for lunches so stay tuned for that on my blog in the coming months.
Apple Slices with Cinnamon and Almond Butter
- 1-2 apples
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- Slice 1-2 apples in to thin slices and arrange on a plate.
- Sprinkle over some cinnamon.
- Serve with some almond butter. Any nut butter would work for this recipe!
