Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Serves: 1-2 servings
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 300-400ml milk (I used almond)
- Place the flax seeds, hemp seeds and oats in a blender and blend them until they form a coarse powder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything is smooth.
- You may need to add more milk depending on the type of blender you use!
- Serve immediately and drink with a reusable straw/
