Peanut Butter Apple Nachos
Healthy, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free. Dairy-Free
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp peanut butter both (smooth and crunchy work)
- Coconut chips
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Cacao Nibs
- Chop the apple into thin slices and arrange on a plate.
- Drizzle over the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle on the toppings. I really love using pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and coconut chips.
- Serve immediately.
- Apple can turn brown if left too long so its not really suitable for a lunch box.
