Cacao and Raspberry Bliss Balls
Makes 10 Balls
Ingredients
12 dates (about 200g)
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup oats
¼ cup freeze-dried raspberries
2 Tbsp cacao powder
Toppings
Desiccated coconut
Method
First, blend the freeze-dried raspberries all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth dough forms. Roll into balls and top with more freeze-dried raspberry powder, coconut or cacao powder. They can be stored in the fridge for a few days in an airtight container.
