400g baby potatoes
Salt and Pepper
Lemon and parsley sea bass
Garlic olive oil
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Heat some olive oil in a large roasting tray and chop potatoes into 1cm chunks. Toss the potatoes in the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast potatoes until golden brown and meanwhile cook sea bass according to package directions.
After around 35 minutes add in the samphire and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft.
Serve with potatoes and samphire alongside the seabass!
