Berry Smoothie

  • Blender


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Cup frozen mixed summer berries
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 300 ml coconut milk*


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender
  • Pulse until smooth - adding a dash more coconut milk if needed.


*Make sure to use the coconut milk in a carton as the one in a can would be far too rich for this recipe
